SUPPLEMENT SCHOOL CURRICULUM!
PROMOTE SOCIAL-EMOTIONAL LEARNING!

More suggestions about the beneficial use of movies to supplement curricula are added on a regular basis!

FDR, confined to a wheel chair by polio, trained his wife to be his eyes and ears. He sent her to examine factories, schools, disaster areas, and battle fronts. He taught her to get beyond the facade that local officials would put up in order to ferret out the truth. She would report back to him in detail what she saw. Eleanor Roosevelt was more than just a wife to her husband. She was an essential part of the Roosevelt governance team. Eleanor Roosevelt - The American Experience will help introduce children to this wonderful woman.
